I teach with warmth, clarity and an encouraging style. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, supported and confident - never rushed or pushed.

Each small group mat Pilates class or 1:1 session is adapted to suit your body and your goals, with careful attention to posture, alignment and controlled movement. Many clients tell me they feel listened to, at ease and more connected to their bodies after just a few sessions.
